Customer Success Manager

Tresorit offers a completely secure cloud storage, sync and share service to businesses worldwide. Stored content is encrypted with military-grade security. Tresorit's main application is a client software that syncs your files between your devices and the cloud.

A Tresorit Customer Success Manager engages marketing generated leads to drive Tresorit adoption, user activation and demonstrate ongoing value. This function is responsible for each step of the Sales process, from winning new customers, onboarding them by engaging during the evaluation phase, driving the onboarding and adoption process to managing renewals. You will works together with the rest of the Tresorit organization to uncover new ways to make the customer satisfied, to increase monthly recurring revenue and to improve the product.

Responsibilities

  • Close the marketing generated business leads from different sources
  • Engage prospects during the Trial phase by having meaningful conversations over the phone and by demonstrating our product through a video call while sharing the screen. In some cases, personal visits are required as well.
  • Drive retention and growth among our customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed
  • Proactively reach out to customers to increase their Tresorit usage
  • Enable successful roll-out of Tresorit to customer employees, including sharing and developing relevant creative assets, brainstorming ideas, and supporting the deployment virtually or in person
  • Maintain a cadence of communicating with customers about their deployment plan, user experience and mining opportunities for upsell potential

Product Manager

The  Product Manager will work closely with various teams (UX Design, UX Research, Engineering, Product marketing, BI, Customer service) to build Tresorit’s ultra-secure and easy-to-use applications and support our existing and new product initiatives.

The ideal candidate must understand what problems our users are facing and whys.

As a PM, you will shape and execute the product roadmap and define the associated release requirements for the development team.

This position reports to Vice Peresident of Product.

Responsibilities:

  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify the best options for developing the right application
  • Working with various teams to ensure that new product requirements are correctly and completely understood; supporting engineers with clarifications and answers to questions throughout the development process
  • Evaluating product releases to ensure that new functionality has been implemented in accordance with specifications
  • Creating and maintaining product documentation, including product requirement list, product roadmaps and other ancillary materials
  • Demonstrating product features to internal staff, as well as to clients and prospective clients
  • Along with the Chef Product Officer and other Product managers, you will be responsible to understand and feel accountable for the definition, prioritization and delivery of initiatives that meet the Company’s primary objectives
  • Create and validate product concept with UX design and research  
  • Define and track of our market as well as technology trends in general

Qualifications:

  • 2+ experience as a Product Manager in a technology company, preferably in a SaaS company
  • The ideal candidate will be a team player, have excellent communication, collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines

Product Marketing Manager

As a Product Marketing Manager, you shape how we position our services and tell our story to our customers. You will take part in crafting messaging and positioning for our secure cloud service solution.

Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.

In your role as a Product Marketing Manager you will be the expert in buyers, how they buy and their buying criteria and will transfer that knowledge to the sales channel.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute product/feature launches across cross-functional teams (spanning Product, Marketing, Support, Sales) and related sales enablement
  • Through interviews, surveys, data mining, competitive intelligence and sales data, gain insight into customer use of current products, untapped opportunities, and buyer profiles. Use this insight to build personas of the buyer across various industries, verticals, and business roles
  • Develop product positioning that differentiates Tresorit by understanding customer needs, product roadmap, market trends, and competitive forces
  • Communicate the use cases and benefits of the Tresorit products to the sales and marketing teams and ensure that the content that is being created is helping to drive our ultimate business goals
  • Work with Product Management to establish a continuous feedback loop (encompassing market trends, customer needs, and competitive factors) to influence the product development roadmap and mitigate product gaps
  • Together with Performance Marketing team, by determining positioning, naming, competitive analysis, and external communications, you help shape the voice of the product and help it grow a consumer base
  • Initiate and maintain relationship with relevant market analyst organizations and review sites (e.g. Gartner, G2Crowd)
     

Desired qualifications and skills:

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the B2B software industry
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, having time consciousness and being able to finalize projects within given timeframes
  • Strong analytical skills, showing deep interest in research and analysis of users, competitors, and market dynamics
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams, and third parties
  • Being fluent in English both in written and verbal, with outstanding storytelling capabilities: crafting a written or visual story in a simple, straightforward way

German Speaking Customer Service Specialist

About the role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist who loves people, interaction, communication and is not afraid of the techie stuff.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service experience as the main point of customer contact and technical support through a positive attitude, accuracy and responsiveness
  • Bring a solution to every bug/question that our customers may have. It can be technical, or accounting related among others
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
  • Track progress and resolution of all issues/incidents
  • You will answer to our customers by email, chat or phone when necessary
  • Work together with our development teams on issues, own them, manage them, solve them
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team and regional managers

Desired Qualifications and skills:

  • This is a full-time position
  • Fluenncy in German and English and have great writing and oral skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
  • Problem solving attitude and strong interpersonal skills to deal with customers and other departments in the company

Preferred qualifications and skills (is a big plus):

Security Engineer

We are looking for a Security Engineer to maintain and enhance Tresorit’s Infrastructure and Product security.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Developing and maintaining systems which continuously scan and monitor our source code, our services and local and remote infrastructure for vulnerabilities and automating various (e.g. remediation) tasks
  • Reviewing our source code, infrastructure for vulnerabilities, misconfigurations; keeping up-to-date with the latest security trends
  • Consulting development and IT teams to evaluate and mitigate various risks; handling external vulnerability reports; react to attacks
  • Training our employees for security best practices and giving insights to other teams regarding security-related topics, conducting social engineering tests

 

Desired qualifications and skills:

  • 1-2 years of information security or equivalent experience and fresh graduates are also welcomed to apply
  • Passion for information security, desire to extend InfoSec knowledge
  • University degree or comparable hands-on knowledge
  • Programming knowledge in one of the following technologies: C#, C++, Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, Swift, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python
