Manual Tester

Our team is responsible for:

Developing, maintaining and testing the UI for Tresorit’s main application on iOS, Mac, Android, Windows, Linux.

Your tasks:

You will be a part of a team of 8 professionals and your daily tasks will include the following:

  • Manually test new features on multiple platforms multiple OS versions based on detailed specification
  • Define, update & document test cases for upcoming features in TestRail

Product Manager

The Product Manager will work closely with various teams (UX design, engineering, product marketing, BI, customer service) to build Tresorit’s ultra-secure and easy-to-use applications and support our existing and new product initiatives.

The ideal candidate must understand what problems our users are facing and whys.

As a PM, you will shape and execute the product roadmap and define the associated release requirements for the development team.

This position reports to Chief Product Officer.

As a Cloud Inside Account Manager (ROW), you are working with Tresorit’s business clients from the rest of the word. You will be assigned a certain number of upsell tasks in a given time frame via a CRM system.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Up-selling to existing clients
  • Customizing the service to their industry specific needs
  • Working closely with our Enterprise Consultants, Account Managers, Growth-Hackers, Content- and Acquisition Specialists and our Marketing, Support and Software experts in our Budapest Office
  • Enabling them to make the most out of Tresorit’s existing product
  • His/her task will be to understand further the customer’s business with the aim of growing Tresorit in the account by exploring use cases with stakeholders leading to commercial and technical proposals.
  • Diligently keeping track of client interactions in a CRM system
  • Working on assigned marketing leads
  • Represent Tresorit in professional social media (Xing, LinkedIn etc.).
  • Possibly Attending acquisition events / conferences
  • Collect client feedback and discuss with Tresorit’s technical teams

Desired Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Preferably 2+ years of Client/Customer facing experience
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and another language (French/Spanish/Italian)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Hit the right tone when speaking to different types of clients from different industries
  • Excellent English is required, Spanish language knowledge is an advantage

Cloud Sales Manager

As a Cloud Sales Manager, you will be assigned large scale platform trials coming from direct signups or outbound campaigns via a CRM system. The Cloud Sales Manager is responsible for researching the potential client and communicating with the potential during the trial with customized onboarding, customized support, customized info-material and customized offers.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Target is to successfully guide trial customers through the onboarding- and evaluation phase and close contracts with them.
  • His/her tasks are to research the client, analyze the decision-making process at the client and convince the client to increase the commercial business volume with Tresorit.
  • Tools used here are: Phone-calls, E-Mail, Videoconferences, Web-Demos, Visits, Professional Social Media
  • Enabling them to get started with the service fast and successfully

Graphic Designer

Tresorit is looking for a Graphic Designer, who takes an active, hands-on role working in conjunction with our existing UX and Design teams to design layouts, website components, banners, sales and marketing brochures.

This role requires broad knowledge and intermediate skills in both print and web design. You will also collaborate closely with writers and localization teams to create the final layout of content materials.

Goals & Responsibilities:

  • Being responsible for creating marketing materials and creative components such as online adverts, landing pages, case studies, other online materials
  • Creating print materials like brochures and molinos
  • Maintaining design system library
  • Graphic user interface design, close cooperation with the developers
  • Preparing final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and visuals

Desired qualifications and skills:

  • Experience with the common Adobe design tools (particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) and Sketch
  • 1+ years experience in designing for print and web mediums, vector graphics and banners (both static and animated)
  • Exceptional collaboration skills, having time consciousness and being able to finalize projects within given time-frames
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong typography skills
  • Interest and competency in technology, cybersecurity and relevant software and solutions
  • Being fluent in English both oral and written
  • German knowledge is a plus

Motion Graphic Designer

The Motion Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and delivering localized motion graphics assets in various media platforms formats

Goals & Responsibilities:

  • Design and create engaging motion graphics for video deliverables (corporate videos, YouTube videos, in-house videos, social media + advertising videos)
  • Assist in designing and creating storyboards
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge about latest motion graphic design techniques, styles and trends, as well as software technology
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and design standards
  • Skill in rough cut and fine–cut editing of interviews

Desired qualifications and skills:

  • At least 1+ years of experience
  • Eagerness and excitement to learn new technologies and tools
  • Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, Color Grading (DaVinci Resolve) skills preferable
  • Good understanding of Animation principles
  • Attention to detail and exceptional organization skills
  • Good understanding of video compression techniques and format
