Product Manager

The  Product Manager will work closely with various teams (UX Design, UX Research, Engineering, Product marketing, BI, Customer service) to build Tresorit’s ultra-secure and easy-to-use applications and support our existing and new product initiatives.

The ideal candidate must understand what problems our users are facing and whys.

As a PM, you will shape and execute the product roadmap and define the associated release requirements for the development team.

This position reports to Vice Peresident of Product.

Responsibilities:

  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify the best options for developing the right application
  • Working with various teams to ensure that new product requirements are correctly and completely understood; supporting engineers with clarifications and answers to questions throughout the development process
  • Evaluating product releases to ensure that new functionality has been implemented in accordance with specifications
  • Creating and maintaining product documentation, including product requirement list, product roadmaps and other ancillary materials
  • Demonstrating product features to internal staff, as well as to clients and prospective clients
  • Along with the Chef Product Officer and other Product managers, you will be responsible to understand and feel accountable for the definition, prioritization and delivery of initiatives that meet the Company’s primary objectives

We are looking for an Information Security Officer who will help us with implementing high level standards and certifications in order to meet the compliance requirements demanded by our customers.

 

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Provide recommendations to achieve compliance and enhance internal controls
  • Define, implement and document controls & mandatory policies and procedures
  • Perform risk assessment & risk mitigation
  • Participate in Customer audits, answer customer surveys
  • Manage Compliance programs. This would include conducting regular reviews of security access, access authorization process and authentication, data handling procedures, and reporting findings to management

  • Review and approve security policies, controls and cyber incident response planning
  • Perform internal audits as defined in our policies
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management
  • This is a hands-on role, requiring both management and administration skills

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Information Security, working as an expert in information security related risk, regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements (Op Risk, Info Security)
  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in IT or business oriented studies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

 

Preferred qualifications:

  • Security and Privacy certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, CISA, CISM, CRISC are highly desired

HR Manager (maternity cover for 1 year)

Your responsibilities will be to manage the HR team and cover the following areas:

Objectives of this Role:

Manage the HR team

  • Manage the Talent Acquisition Lead, HR Business Partners and Senior Payroll Specialist
  • Act as a mentor and help the growth of the team members, providing guidance and advice.


Planning and organizing

  • Define the HR strategy based on business strategy and professional forecasts.
  • Set goals and schedule tasks/projects to ensure the fulfillment and execution of the above strategy.


Employer branding

  • Drive the strategy for developing Tresorit’s brand and spread our story together with our Talent Acquisition Lead


Employee engagement

  • Maintain and develop the company culture.
  • Manage the performance management cycle.
  • Make sure that we explore learning and development opportunities.
  • Drive and measure employee satisfaction survey.


Legal & administration

  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable legal requirements and conducting investigations.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with leadership, fostering trust and promoting collaboration to help drive their people strategy and increase business results.
  • Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction.
  • Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities, hearing and resolving employee grievances, training and counseling managers to coach and discipline employees.
  • Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Build strong relationships with external suppliers.
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology or HR
  • 5+ years of experience in senior level HR positions
  • Experience in representing, business partnering and influencing leaders, both technical and non-technical
  • Experience in Employer branding projects
  • Experience in driving people programs including performance management and development, employee relations, compensation review process, HR compliance
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills both in Hungarian and in English
  • Exceptional skills for empathy, problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Good awareness of the IT industry and the latest technology trends is a big advantage
